TNT Skate is a trading name of The Wheely Board Co. & any reference to either within this website shall apply equaly to both.

Access to & use of our Website, together with the sale & the purchase of products from the site, are governed by the terms & conditions set out below.

By using the site you agree to accept the following terms & conditions. If you do not wish to accept these terms & conditions, you may choose not to use this site. A contract between you “The Customer” & The Wheely Board Co. will exist once an order has been received.

User Agreement

All goods & delivery costs must be paid for in full by the customer before orders are dispatched.

All product prices stated on the TNT Skate website include the relevant Taxes for your country. For example a pair of shoes that cost £35 in the UK will also cost £35 in the EU but the UK price includes VAT (currently set at 20% as of 4th January 2011)where as the price for the EU may not.  

We are proud to be one of the more competitively priced Skate stores around. However, TNT Skate. does reserves the right to change prices &/or delivery costs at any time.

Due to the nature of computers it is not always possible to display the exact colours of the products. Website images, descriptions & colours are subject to change & are for illustration only. In the event of a particular colour or variation not being available we will make every attempt to find a suitable alternative.

All stock is offered subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is not available, when your order is processed, we will send the goods to you as soon as they become available. However, in the event of a long delay we will offer an alternative item or refund your card. In every case we will do our best to keep you informed.

Any attempts to obtain goods via fraudulent or unsolicited means are deemed a criminal offence & will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Although we may process a refund immediately it can take several days for the money to be returned to your account. Please allow at least 10 days for this to happen before contacting us.

First UK orders will usually only be sent to the Billing address unless agreed otherwise before dispatch or to a confirmed PayPal address if paying via PayPal. International orders will only be sent to a confirmed Card or PayPal Billing address (NO Exceptions)PO Box addresses are not acceptable.

Delivery Costs

All orders to the UK Mainland have a standard minimum charge of £2.75. This covers packaging, insurance & basic postage with signature & tracking.

Most smaller & less expensive items have no additional postage when you add them to your basket. For example if you buy any single small item such as a DVD the charge is £2.75.  If you buy two, three or more small items the cost remains at £2.75. So the more you buy the cheaper the postage.

Larger, heavier &/or more expensive items have additional postage charges calculated when you add them to the basket. For example all shoes have an additional charge of £4.00. Therefore if you order one single pair of shoes the total delivery cost is £6.75 if you order two or more pairs the additional cost is only £4.00 and not £6.75 making the total for two pairs £10.75 not £13.50 & so on. So again if you buy more the delivery cost per item becomes less.

You can get even better deals on postage by mixing large & small items as follows: Buy a pair of shoes & the total delivery charge is £6.75. Add a belt &/or DVD & the delivery charge is still £6.75.

To check the delivery cost of any item just add it to the basket then view the basket. Under the price for that item any additional costs will be shown & the overall total will be shown at the bottom. There is no committment to buy at this stage & you can remove an item by clicking on the remove link.

In circumstances where several large or bulky items are ordered together & it is not possible or practical to package all items in a single parcel we will contact you with any additional delivery costs as soon as they become apparent. If you are not sure give us a call before you place the order.

When ordering from outside the UK mainland please select your country or region. If it is not shown in the options please contact us first at sales@tnt-skate.com before placing your order. Additional delivery charges will apply

If you require any form of unusual or high speed delivery e.g. “guaranteed next day”. Please contact us via  e-mail or telephone before placing your order & we will get back to you as soon as possible with the additional costs.

Delivery Methods

All parcels will be sent by Royal Mail/Parcel Force or National Courier. We aim to get the order to you within 3-5 working days of payment (UK Only) but please allow up to 7 days before contacting us. Non-UK deliveries, please allow up to 21 Days before contacting us.

Circumstances permitting, all orders placed before 12.00p.m (weekdays) will be dispatched the same day except Mondays & Weekends which will usually be dispatched on Tuesdays.

All deliveries must be signed for so please make sure that someone will be available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.

Mail Order

You can order by snail mail by printing your buy screen showing the items & shipping total & include a cheque or postal order for the total amount, made payable to:

TNT Skate.

Please note that we will wait for the cheque to clear (usually around 6 working days) before dispatching your order.

We will process your order as soon as your cheque/postal order clears. If your order cannot be fulfilled, your cheque will be returned to you.

Include your phone number on all mail orders & separate bill to & ship to addresses if they are different.

By Phone

If you prefer to make your order over the phone & speak to a real living (well almost) person then you can call 01438-230553 have your card & delivery details ready & a list of what you would like.

Please Note: Phone orders can only be taken Monday-Friday between 10.30am & 5.00p.m.

Cancellations

As the customer you reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund. However, due to the nature of     e-commerce (internet shopping) it is not possible to cancel an order placed on our website. Please check your order carefully before agreeing it as once it has been placed it can not be cancelled. You may still request a refund or replacement but this will be under our returns policy, for which there may be additional costs, to you, as outlined below.

Returns Policy

IMPORTANT: Before returning any item you must e-mail returns@tnt-skate.com & obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) .

Please ensure that you write your RAN code, Order Number & Postcode on the returns form, (included in your parcel or emailed to you on request) without this your return will not be processed.

When you return an item to us, please complete the form as fully as possible. Your completed returns slip must then be sent with the goods to the address provided. Do not stick anything to the returned item or its packaging. We would suggest that you keep a note of your RAN code & order number in case you need to contact us regarding your return.

Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original packaging, with all labels attached & in an unused condition within 10 days of the invoice date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund at our discretion.

When ordering footwear please choose carefully as wrong sizes can only be exchanged or a credit note given and you will be liable for all postage costs to and from us.

Videos, Games & DVD's will not be accepted.

Magazines & custom setups cannot be returned.

Unpackaged items can not be returned. 

You will be required to pay postage when returning your items to us.

You may also return non-faulty goods to our store for an exchange only. Please make sure you bring your invoice/receipt with you.

Faulty items are dealt with on an individual basis. All goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects & we will have to inspect them & in some cases return them to the manufacturer before they can be accepted as faulty.

Please return your items to us & when we are satisfied that the goods are faulty we will offer you a repair, replacement, exchange or refund FREE OF CHARGE.

Please Note : Due to the nature of skateboarding snapped or cracked boards & boards with pressure cracks can not be returned.

Gripped Decks & Custom Setups

Some scratching may occur when applying griptape & during the assembly of custom setups. Although we will make every effort to keep this to a minimum, it is not unusual so please bare this in mind when ordering.

Skateboard setups & gripped decks are made to the customer's order & will no longer be in the original packaging, therefore cannot be returned.

Privacy & Cookie Policy

All online payments will be processed using Pay-Pal (unless you select an alternative option) which is one of the most secure, internationally recognized, internet payment methods in the world.

Contact information including email address, telephone number & home address, provided by you, the user, is used solely for the purpose of completing the order.

Financial information including Credit/Debit card number, expiration date & billing address is used to bill the customer for their order & for no other purpose.

For your security Debit/Credit card details will not be stored. Therefore, this information will be required for every order made to TNT Skate.

None of the information you supply will be intentionally passed on to third parties, excepting where for legal reasons The Wheely Board Co. is bound to do so.
