Designed for threadless forks. The scooter bars include a new composite HIC shim that does not require a top cap. Bolt and star nut included.

HIC / OVERSIZED BARS WILL NOT FIT ON A STOCK RAZOR SCOOTER WITH A THREADED FORK. YOU WOULD NEED TO ORDER STANDARD 1 1/4 BARS OR BUY A THREADLESS HEADSET AND A THREADLESS FORK.
